Government of Karnataka has launched it’s most ambitious scheme “Sakala” which is a Guarantee of Services to Citizens System within a stipulated time limit. The Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda inaugurated the scheme on April 2, 2012. With the tag line of “It is your right to obtain citizen related services in time” Sakala is believed to help reduce the corruption, bribe & red tapism in Government Offices.
There are 151 services across 11 Government Departments comes under this system. Citizens should take the acknowledgement number for their application which contains 15 digit GSC No. Using this number citizen can check their application status through Mobile or through Online.
If the concerned officer / employee fail to deliver the service within the stipulated time the fine will be imposed as Rs. 20/- per day of delay up to maximum of Rs. 500/-. This fine will be deducted from employee’s salary & paid to the citizen / applicant as compensation.
For time limit fixed for each service refer the Sakala Schedule.

If you got the 15-digit acknowledgement number? then you can check the status of your application Online at www.sakala.kar.nic.in. To check the status of service / application, you need to enter GSC No. in the check status screen. The system will display you the present status of your application.

This is to tell you that in between Plot No. 343 & 344, at 4th Phase, 9th Cross, Peenya Industrial Area, a very old Transformer structure with 500 KVA transformer is mounted. I hope this structure is mounted during year 1974. Every now and then we see the transformer is burning, the structure is in very bad shape it may fall any time. It is adjustment to Storm water drain. Now work is also going on Storm water drain. It is very clear that now at present no one near by unit is drawing power from this Transformer. Hence this transformer can be shifted suitably in the center of location such that Power/ Voltage loss will be reduced to the last unit. I think some Engineer concerned be deputed to inspect and to take necessary & suitable action be taken

my 61 acres of agricultural land situated at Hosur village Bidadi hobli has been fraudulently tranffered by one of the Andhra land maffia with the help of sub registrar,thasildarand assisstant commissioner (revenue)and local political leaders. I filed the civil suit and criminal suit at Ramanagaram during 2008 and 2009. After more than three year they decided only jurisdiction and dismmised my criminal complaint without any reason even though the accused never apperared even single hearing and I appeared not less than forty to fifty times in the court without leaving even a single adjurnment. In this unjustice both judicial Magistrate and my advocates too are involved. Any how I have reported the matter to sakala and in their reply they said the revenue department does not come under them, which is not true. As such I once again request Sakala to take my complaint very seriously as there is a cronic corruption rampent in our Karnataka and further they have collected arrears of taxes of my building situated on my land recently and once again with the help of Kanchagaranhalli panchayat tranferred my building too in the name of one of the mafias name without my knowledge which Once again I reported to Sakala to take action on Panchayat Block development officer and Executive Officer who are the main culprit in these type of fradulent tranfer.
The option that the Govt. of Karnataka has given the citizen to find the right documents and feel the effects of Good governance.
Really a government exists especially for the aged, women, the ignorant and the citizen.

I applied under Sakala for Mutation Register for my property from the Revenue Department, I also submitted the required RTC copy.
The concerned Tahsildar refused to accept my application.
Can anyone tell how I can resolve this problem and submit an application under Sakala.

I have submitted an application for issue of form no.,11(e)and 10 in respect of my land sy.No. 269 measuring 2 acre 27 gunta of village markal tq; district bidar during the month of december 2011. Till today the same was not done by the concerned authority. Again I visited the Tahsil office and submitted another application requesting to issue the same in skg service. Inword clerk has recieved my application and put the date receipt of my application. On enquire about computrised Sl.No.of my application he stated that there is no system of computerised in this office. What is the use for starting sakal karnataka guarantee of service to citizens. whether it is real or bogus. Kindly answer me in the matter by the responsible officer or the chief minister of karnataka.

A roaring achievement of BJP C.M. Mr. D.V.SADANANDA GOWDA! The scheme is a milestone especially when the ruling party was about to go shambles. People breath a great sigh of relief in getting their services without bribe and without much physical fatigue.
